Again consider the person saying it and the source. It would be like Hannity saying that he thinks Obama is going to win on FoxNews in contrast. I am sure you would be quick to point out that Romney's chances don't look so good if that were the case.
By the way... it's hard to listen to printed text on a computer screen.
