This game was a good thing

For anyone under the illusion that this was a playoff team,
    back to reality.
This team has a lot of holes that can be filled through the draft
and with 30 mil in cap space next year.
We are still a year or two away from contending.

Honestly, if there is any positive to come from today, it's that there won't be a hell of a lot of bidding for the services of Sean Smith.

Or Jake Long, at this rate.
Me say come, Mister Fisher man, show me da contract
Daylight come and Jake Long go home

An' it's six mil, seven mil, eight mil bunch
Daylight come and Jake Long go home

Honestly today was a perfect storm and it contributed to a bad loss. Tannehill had an off day that happens with rookies. The defense had an off day which can happen. Titans were embarrassed last week and were looking to take it out on someone. CJ is finding his running legs again and he is still just as dangerous as ever. Titan's Defense figured it out. Lots of thing happened today that caused this. Teams will have bad days, especially with as young as ours. Besides, today has been a really strange day in the NFL.

Today was as ugly as it can get, nothing went right. Penalties galore, a Titans fumble deemed unreviewable(though the same situation happened in the Bills/Pats game and they reviewed it and gave the ball to NE), tipped passes picked off, among many other things. We were just lucky the Titans only had 37 points the way things went.

I do think if they faced each other again tomorrow the outcome could be significantly different, but sadly they don't. This was an embarrassing performance and the team never looked this bad and unprepared under Tony Sparano. Our playoff hopes became slim after the Colts lost, but I think they are done now. Phlbin and his staff better get things fixed quick and at least have a respectable finish to this season.
