For sure I am one of the most disappointed fun right now.
But, let us put this in perspective.
This game is like playing chess, team coaches start to discover your tendencies and weaknesses on your strategy, if you are new in the game, is going to take a while to discover the best way to play against you. This is the case for the Dolphins, new regime, new QB and a new system. It took some time to dismantle the way they can play us to get better results. Execution is a fundamental, but you have a handicap if you have the best strategy.
Now, is time for our coaches to perform a change, keep our players motivated, is not only about skills, you can maximize or minimize the players skills if you can keep them motivated, coaching need to keep them in position to play better and win games with strategy and motivation. I trust Phibin, we cannot expect an immaculate playing, but, correct mistakes as soon as possible and in the best possible way; that is the best way we can have consistency. Every single coach in NFl had have ups and downs, Giants right now, NE, SF, Atlanta, Saints, you name it, everything is about putting the pieces in place, we are an above average team from the talent stand point, but our coaching staff is one of the best so far, from my point of view.
