Great article with a lot of information that I hadn't heard before.

Agree 100% that this scandal was clearly swept under the rug by the administration for political reasons. Assuming that the facts in this article are true, how wrong was it for them to do this?

Petraeus, Fast & Furious, Benghazi...this administration is getting pretty good at this cover-up thing. Looks like the media could be complicit as well but they aren't biased...right?

Possibly was done for political reasons. But Republicans (see other thread) where leaked this in October and chose to do nothing with it anyhow.

Bush did similar things. It's not fair to act like it's only Obama's administration that does this stuff. It's the American way as far as politics go...

If I could take your pain and frame it, and hang it on my wall,
maybe you would never have to hurt again...

Apparently not too good at covering things up if we know about all three of them

Obama's "scandals" have been so boring. I want something more exciting.

OK, can we please stop justifying Obama's screw-ups by likening them to Bush's screw-ups. We think Bush is an idiot too so you are not gaining any points by saying Bush did it. It is high time that Obama is responsible for his own actions and decisions. The Bush blaming is over!

You missed my point entirely. I'm not comparing anyone to anything. I am stating that you are calling out Obama for "cover ups", which is something every single U.S. President has done, including the Republican's golden boy George Bush. There is no deferring blame. There is no saying one person can do it because the other one did. I am simply stating that you are chastising one person for doing something that everyone does, without chastising everyone else. That is disingenuous at best, flat out dishonest at worst...

    Republican's golden boy George Bush.
This is the part that I have the most problem with, he is certainly not any Republican's golden boy that I know. We think he was a RINO at best and a moron at worst or maybe both! All we have heard for four years and certainly throughout Obama's campaign is that everything is Bush's fault. Maybe I am just a little sensitive to this; if so, my bad.
