Rodney Harrison calls Philbin an idiot for benching Bush

Two weeks ago people were saying Philbin was a candidate for coach of the year and the Dolphins were on the right track with the front office in place and Tannehill was a franchise quarterback. Now people are calling Philbin an idiot and speculating he is going to lose the locker room, every player sucks, certain coaches and the GM should be fired and Tannehill is no longer a franchise quarterback. If the Dolphins win the next two, the Dolphins will be considered the King of Kings again according to these same people.

None of us or Harrison know the entire story anyway so how is making a judgement fair? Maybe Bush looks like **** or fumbles in practice too. No clue.

I know that. My point was you don't bench your best player who can really help your offense.

I am still waiting to see how Reggie is going to lead the NFL in rushing in 2012. This was funnier than Ryan Kahlil of the Carolina Panthers taking out a full page newspaper ad saying the Panthers were going to win the Superbowl this year.

Harrison did not have vantage point of the coaching staff thru 9 weeks of games - I would figure Reggie was having trouble holding onto the ball in practice and was coached to get through the tackles quicker instead of dancing - so a benching is not out of the question if this was the case

Rodney Harrison can kiss it. He got benched cuz he fumbled 2 weeks in a row and that will not be tolerated from a RB. Reggie himself agreed to the benching and I for one think it is well deserved. If you cant hold onto the football you should not be trusted with the football. Its that simple.

so losing your temper adn getting a 15 yard penalty and KILLING your potential TD drive isnt worth a benching?

So Thomas fumbling and single handedly costing us games isn't worth benching?

So NaNaee causing 3 TO isn't worth benching until he costs us our 3rd loss then gets cut?
