Of course he is a team leader. That is ridiculous.

He may be someone who leads by example in terms of his work ethic, but his play hasn't made him untouchable in this way by any means IMO. He hasn't built up so much credit with the coaching staff with what he's done for the team that he should be treated as special in some way.
