The Dolphins have announced that they will hold a press conference to unveil the new logo and uniforms on Tuesday, January 14th, at 12:00 noon. The Dolphins Endzone is planning on carrying the event live on their web site, using live audio to allow fans to listen in on the conference.
In related news, Dolphins' President Eddie Jones has said that the team will be taking comments from the fans about the new uniforms and logo throughout the spring. If there are enough negative comments, the Dolphins have left open the possibility that they will not adopt them.

Maybe one of you photo shop geniuses could mock up an old school 70's logo with no helmet on the dolphin? And maybe shades of navy to outline facial features and ventrum (instead of the splotchy of white used for the face and underbelly). Just an idea if any of you artists have the time and interest. I think this is what they're going for, based on these rumors.

I just can't understand how with all the concussion issue now surfacing, they can consider having that poor dolphin out on the field with no helmet. Very inconsiderate if you ask me. I think they should go the other way and add some shoulder pads, and a cup. It's bad enough they have taken him out of the ocean and making him play football against such wild animals as bears, lions, bengals, and panthers, but to do so with no helmet is going to get us in trouble with PETA. Bad idea.
At least report that Dee made NO mention of a helmetless dolphin.
