The Lions released him, I dont watch many of their games but he did have 8 picks in a couple of seasons. Could be worth a shot since we have an open roster spot. Word is he took too many risks, I think we need a risk taker in the secondary. Thoughts?

He had 8 picks but he was still terrible, crazy as it sounds. Alphonso Smith is not the solution.
As terrible and injury ridden as the Lions' secondary, if they cut a CB, that means he's just not good

because in some cases they could be... but i dont think smith would help us much.. our staff likes taller CBs
