I agree. I think he has also been under-utilized. Not strong hands in traffic, so I doubt he can get a high volume of catches. It's not his game. But if he gets himself big separation, we can try to get 3-4 chunk plays a game from him.

Overall, the coaching staff's evaluations of the morass of receivers in TC worked out. I think time has proven they understood what they were seeing and they made the correct roster moves. it was quite the quandary at the time, and there were numerous theories on the topic on FH with every possible permutation advocated here. But the staff nailed it.

mcdaniels being a waste of money is right...as for mathews i bet he rarely sees the field as a wr...just seems like this staff takes a long time to trust anyone that they haven't gone to war with prior...although it would be nice to see him at wr...would be nice to see the staff realize the active guys aren't cutting it

The lack of offense weapons is laughable. I think about this every week before a game. Nothing can get done.
