The thing that concerns me is that he seems to be regressing even as we play weaker teams. I understand there will be rookie mistakes but I just don't feel that I am seeing steady progress.

yeah but russel has weapons, legit weapons and a sick defense. Once philbin gets his guys in here I will be so confiedent we will make playoffs every year. Esp with that year under tannes belt in offense and with serious weapons and a much improved defense. This game never came over night. We are in rebuild mode. We need to judge next year not this year. This year is just toss in the rookie let him get xp
