I was wrong on Carrol.
I thought he had progressed since he got the starting job after Marshalls injury.
But boy, has he regressed in the last 3 games.
Awful.
He is not the answer at starting corner or even in nickel and dime packages.

He's not a starter. Not in the future at least.
He get's 3 penalty's and the Bill's DB get's an attaboy for the same play. We deserved to lose but you can not win playing both the other team and the Ref's
