The team is obviously teaching an aggressive technique of pass coverage. Add the "ticky-tacky" calls it looks worse then it is. My guess is with time the CB's will better at hiding the contact.
Either that or the Ref's/League just have it out for us...

"Aggressive technique" ! I don't think they're teaching them technique of any kind. Everyone but Jones looks lost out there. I think its a coaching problem just as much as a talent problem.

Jimmy Wilson WAY better than Carol. Nickel is not really his best position. Would do better on the corner, and even better at safety.
When has Nolan Carroll not been a liability? Just cause the dude got tripped cheaply by the Jets a couple years ago doesn't mean he deserves a lifetime contract when he flat out sucks.

He had a bad game, but wasnt helped by inconsistant refereeing. He will learn & improve. He isnt the worst, not by a long shot, but it is a position we should upgrade early in next years draft or FA.

i think the first PI was legit, i was cussing like hades on the couch until they showed him pulling the recievers arm down, the second was mehhh, he had his head turned around for a second and a half before the ball was in the recievers vicinty, that could've been a no call. and the holding was just garbage, even the announcers who were pro buffalo (i think nfl network must my NY based because watching the panthers-giants game they were all on the giants nuts even before it was a blow out) but anyways even the announcers say thats a no call. but hartline got hit in the back before the deep throw (i cant remember if it was a punt drive or missed field goal drive, but thinking the missed fg drive) no call. and the only other time the announcers thought a call went against us favor wise was on hartlines offensive PI which they said isnt called on veterans. you want rj stanford starting so be it, instead of PI itll be "toasty"
