Tannehill and Dansby are whistling by the graveyard. Should take Bush's approach.

Why the hell didn't Tannehill just say "they're a great team and it'll be a big challenge"??. Don't give the Pats any bulletin board material. Tannehill may get planted into the ground come Sunday.
Only the Dolphins would have a Chicago Bears Ballboy as their GM

Why, they are just "another" team.

You have to respect them, but not bow to them.

Yeah, Jones will be out. Cunningham is out from banned substance and some dude no one has heard of is playing DE. Rob Ninkovich is the other guy I believe. Henne aint playing here no mo.

BTW, Mankins, Vollmer, and Connolly didnt practice today. I cant imagine Wake is not licking his chops. Soliai and Starks vs. Donald Thomas and backup center. Just stop the run first, that is why New England is playing better than last year. Their run game.

    Good for them.

Whats the down side? We have nothing to lose and everything to gain. We are a rebuilding team with a rookie quarterback and a first year head coach going against a team that went to the Superbowl a few months ago. They are going to what, humble us? Please.

Get cocky, play loose, and throw some punches. Id rather us go down swinging than swooning over the Pats.

I will remember you TeddSlimmJr and Spesh, after we win it all, I'll just sit back and laugh with fond memories of my superior football IQ.

Bush has the right right approach. Many have barked up the Pats tree by not showing respect and ended up getting pissed on. More has to do with the Pats are usually the more talent and better coached team. Miami is little in the way of match up advantages.

Speak softly and sneak up on them as opposed to saying "they are just like any other team"

Just as many have praised the Pats and had 40 points run up on them. Belichick has never hesitated to run up the score on teams for no reason whatsoever. Didnt he just dump 60 points on the Colts 2 weeks ago? I cant recall them speaking a bad word against the Patriots. Peter King indirectly addressed Belichicks tendency to blow out opponents:
BELICHICK DOES IT ALL THE TIME. COUGHLIN, NOT SO MUCH. "How about a team that is up by four touchdowns (38-10) with five minutes left and keeping the starting quarterback in and is STILL throwing the ball? Man, that Belichick is one evil.... oh wait... that was Tom Coughlin and Eli Manning against Green Bay Sunday night. When it's not Belichick, the moral outrage goes away, right?''
    -- Tom, Portsmouth, N.H.

It's a little different. Belichick's done this often over the years. You need more than one hand to count the times Tom Brady's been in a total blowout in the middle of the fourth quarter. But Coughlin had a reason, I believe. His offense had been struggling for four weeks, and he has every right to use the game to do what he can to make sure his team is back on track for the stretch run. People wouldn't be killing Belichick if it were a one-time occurrence. Obviously, it's not.

I have no problem with our players getted riled up. This isnt a game we are going to win by meekly bowing our heads and sticking to the x's and o's. And if we lose, id rather Brady and company looking over their shoulder not wanting to play us in the years to come. If we get blown out and things get thrown in our face, who cares? New England successful put up 50 points on a rebuilding team. Kodus and we shall remember it next season when we are (hopefully) in better shape.

I say we go out swinging.
