More proof that sarcasm doesn't go over well on the interwebz
    Are you Oraclepz?

If not how do you know he was being sarcastic?

Take a look at his comment history, guy thinks Ireland is a good talent evaluator. It appears he may be serious.

    Next time speak for yourself.

The red zone is generally where big TE's and WR's shine. Most teams have 2 big TE's these days and we only have one TE and he doesn't have a particularly large wingspan or sheer size to create a mismatch. None of our WR's are burners so long TD's from outside the red zone are rare. None of our WR's are taller than 6'1 either.

Long story short--We need to upgrade our speed and size at WR and TE. Not having much of a running game really puts the pressure on Tannehill n the red zone.

I'd like to see us pass more to our backs outside of the red zone to give them a chance to break one. Inside the red zone roll outs look like our best shot, but I'd rather not expose our QB too much if possible.

He has thrown for a decent amount of yards, and has started all of our games, but only has 6 touchdowns. I wonder why that is? Receivers? For contrast Chad Henne has only 1 less touchdown as a backup. Hopefully we can see a few more touchdowns for tannehill and see some strides!
imo he is just lucky he has what he has , because he only has slot receivers to throw to ,and he dosent have a deep threat WR to throw to , chad henne has a legit #1 WR , that gose to show you that we are ruiening Tanny with what we are giving him at WR , thats why we should have picked Tanny up either T.O. or Plax to help out with the progression of Tanny and it would have opened up the rest of the slot WRs that we have , if we can ever get Tanny a legit WR you will see a diff QB , if we dont ruin him first.

T.O. and Plax aren't legit WR's anymore. Hence why they're not in the league...

Three pages and not any mention of Tanny being accountable for his own production?

    This place is rich.

No real WR that can catch the ball, break tackles and take it in. Once the team gets in the red zone they usually put the ball in on a running play.

ding ding ding... we don't have a justin blackmon who will go across the middle leap for a jumpball, sidestep two defenders and outrun another 2 or 3 defenders...

    but other than that...

Lets take a look at 2 of the TDs from that Jags Texans game....

The Blakmon 81 yard TD from Henne, it was about a 20 yard throw I believe, Blackmon made a great catch in traffic, the Texans defenders crashed into each other and took each other out of the play and Blackmon was left all alone and took it to the house... so it was a 20 yard pass from Henne and 60 yard run from Blackmon

The 48 yard game winning TD from the immortal Shaub to Andre Johnson, it was literally a 1 yard almost lateral pass on a WR screen that with help from good blocking and the awful Jaguars secondary, went for a TD.... so a 1 yard pass from Shaub and 47 yard run from Andre... goes down as a 48 yard TD pass from Shaub in the stat sheet

Stats as meaningful as they may be, sometimes need to be put into perspective like the "long td passes" above

While we're at it let's start erasing touchdown's from Marino's record as he obviously shouldn't be credited for the ones the receivers made effort to.

No Justin Blackmon. But we did give away Brandon Marshall, and Wes Welker. We still have Michael Egnew!!
Point is the Dude has missed some Throws, and where is the scramble? How about a screen to Bush. What about Marlon Moore?
Good QB's make Plays! I still think Tannehill is going to be good. We blew 2 games because of not making plays. Winning fixes everything. Hartline was all world just a few weeks ago man! This is the team we got, and we all know they could have a better record. Excuses are for sissies. 10 Games in he should have more then 6 TD passes. Bottom Line.
