    Rishard Mathews!!!
"Fundamentals, technique, execution -- primary. Scheme -- secondary."

"We will incorporate an aggressive, up-tempo, attacking style in all three phases of the game."

"Our team will play with discipline, poise, and maximum effort."

"I want us to be the best tackling team in the NFL, the best team in pursuit, I want to take the ball away from other teams, I want to rattle the opposing quarterback every opportunity we get."

I feel a little of the "wow" also but at second thought, it seemed to me that the organization was doing everything for next year from the get go. So really we are just reminded of that now. Now that the little bit of excitement and wishful thinking is over. They don't like the guy for next year and they are moving on, so we can have a good "next year". I'm fine with it, because this year is over for playoff hoping. We better be good next year, for many different reasons.
I support our new Coach and Quarterback. Go Miami! But they still have to prove they are the future, we've been fooled too many times!

Also, remember that the Fins picked up a TE...not a vote of confidence for Egnew.

I have a feeling we will be seeing more of Rishard Matthews, which is good, but I do wonder WTF is going on in there.

Don't blame Ireland for Gaffney. Blame Ireland for this overall steaming hot mess of talent he's brought in. Would rather see if Matthews has anything to offer anyway. Need to see if we need two or three more WRs need to be brought in through FA or the draft next year.

The truth is that it doesn't take much to upgrade over Fasano. I don't know this Kyle Miller, but maybe he is a seam threat that we desperately need.

No big loss here, no wonder the Patriots dropped him. He's just a possession receiver and we have too many of those already.

Gaffney was hurt and not spectacular, solid but nothing spectacular. It is smart to see what Mathews is all about.

The biggest reason Gaffney is gone is, he can't stay healthy. Also he did drop some catchable balls too. It's time for a youth movement.
Only the Dolphins would have a Chicago Bears Ballboy as their GM
