Slow, weak and played at a Division 3 School. Not a good combination.

Only the Dolphins would have a Chicago Bears Ballboy as their GM
Calm down, you don;t want to draft anyone too good because then you may have to overpay for them in the future. Building your team with league minumum salaried acorns is the way to go.

How does Ireland survive all these mistakes? Jesus Christ...
Quick, somebody paint this as a brilliant bottom of the roster churning move!
23 years old out of Mount Union. Former teammate of Pierre Garcon and Cecil Shorts. Has played some special teams and has experience as a long snapper. He did have 87 receptions and 16 TD's in college career. 40 time is 4.8-4.9 so he's certainly no seem buster. Started this season as a high school head coach prior to to signing with the Colts.

The stop gap veteran was released because the young draft pick was ready for a bigger role. Mistake?

Remember the idiot that these guys picked up from Monmouth or whatever from New Jersey? Wasn't it Trombone or Nalboner or something like that?
This personnel group, after 5 years of Ginger, thinks that Nalbone, this kid from Mount Union, Egnew, Mastrud, etc are the types of TE's we need to be focused on. While they pass on Aaron Hernandez or Jimmy Graham, when a blind man can see that we could have used Graham or Hernandez.
Or how about, after 5 years of Ginger, this franchise invests in the likes of Clyde Gates, Patrick Turner and others, at the receiver position. Meanwhile, Chris Givens and TY Hilton are there for the taking in the '12 draft. Heck, even our beloved Omar was on Givens and Hilton.
And after 5 years, after two high first round picks, a second rounder, and a third rounder, plus investments in free agents like Incognito, Grove, and Smiley, and this team can't create space in the running game or pass block??
There is a definite talent identification weakness in South Florida. Can we really afford to let Ginger draft his next Nalbone or Egnew instead of getting some actual playmakers?
Insightful
