Bob Griese HOF 192-172 - Tannehill has hope

After giving a history lesson on our previous number 1 picks for QB's on a previous post, I just wanted to point out how many TD's Robert (Bob) Greise threw for a 192 TD's, against 172 INTS.

So Ryan Tannehill still has hope.

    Go Dolphins, eat the Seahawks!

And Griese is in the Hall!

Entirely different eras. With entirely different scales of perspective. This is stunning.

In Bob's era, passing for 200 yards with a touchdown and an interception was considered a great game for a quarterback. The rules and culture of the game were much different back then.

Off topic but, Bob Griese is easily the worst commentator I have ever heard in my entire life.
I believe any man's finest hour - his greatest fulfillment to all he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle...Victorious

So, I take it you are unfamiliar with the work of Randy Cross, Steve Tasker, Tony Kornheiser, Jon Gruden, anyone on the FOX NFL broadcasts?

I love Gruden commentating. I am very familiar with the rest and hate them equally however IMO Griese is still by far the worst. The other guys you mentioned are bad because they are biased, Greise is bad because he gets everything wrong including the players names! Last year he was calling Bess, Bessed. Nat Moore is pretty bad too.

Korkhoser was garbage - the worst you named. I cant believe he lasted for 2 seasons!

I cannot stand it when Tasker does our games either! They should NEVER let ex players who played for division rivals do games. How can they speak unbiasedly! They cant.
