Good read on where QB's stand on drops. RT is tied for #10 in the number of drops, and tied for #7 on drops per the number of passes thrown.

Yup, probably would have put Tannehill #1 in dropped passes with Marshall still aboard....still a huge weapon though

Hartline dropped far more passes per reception than Marshall before this year.

Since the WRs and QBs have sucked for the last 10 years, what do you expect? OK, now we have a good QB, let's get a good WR! Or 2!

    1000 yards 80+ receptions a year....yeah...we don't needsomeone like that right now.

Check how many drops Roddy White had last year....I'm sure you wouldn't want him here either.

Not true. Last year, Marshall caught 81 with 14 drops, Hartline was 35 and 7 drops. In 2010, Marshall had 86 with 13 drops, Hartline had 43 and 4 drops. This year, it's Marshall with 69 and 7, and Hartline with 53 and 3.

Almost all of the #1 WR's in the NFL have a number of drops for an assortment of reasons. I think the biggest one is trying to make a play for their teams, and looking to do that before they catch the ball. Marshall has more than others, which is not a huge deal with the production he brings. However, dropping TD's is a different story. The elite WR's very seldom do that, and I think he had 6-7 last year for a team starving for points.

Drops are drops....I guess everytime Roddy dropped one hewas trying to make a play? No.

Bottom line, we had a threat at WR, now we don't.....BM was a solid #1 WR and playmaker, that we didn't replace.
