Hey junc, any idea when these books will be written? You know the ones that always get written about “Elite” teams in the NFL. I’ll give you this much, at least you can dream about those two L's while your team gets torn down and re-built over the next three years. I can just hear you about a year from know, “Alex Smith was wayyyyyy under rated in San Fran, they just didn’t know how to use him, the Jets are going to win the AFC East by mile, just you wait."

yes the Raiders of the 70s were elite, yes Buf was elite in the 90s(though the AFC was incredibly weak at the time). any other teams you want to ask me about? wouldn't you agree Baltimore has been elite?

Yes most people would concede Baltimore because, get this, “THEY ACTUALLY WON THE SUPER BOWL!!!” Only fools and fans of teams that, “FAILED” would dream of calling those teams elite. Talented, sure, successful, yes, Elite? Not a chance in hell. Get this through your head, no one, and I mean no one believes the 09 -10 Jets were elite except the dumbest of Jet fans. Hell if the 09-10 Jets are elite, what do you call the teams that beat them, actually made it to and lost the Super Bowl?? For that matter what do you call actual winner of those S.B’s. all this stuff is fun, we goof on our teams to have fun. Right now you are better this year, since the late 90s we've been the better team in most years. In the last 40 years you have been the better team most years but it's all in fun. I think we all lose sight of that sometimes.
