Yeah, I was thinking of Uncle Jimbo when I typed that.
It would seem my father has been on a damn killing spree this year. Just finished dragging two more out of the woods for him after a morning hunt. That brings his total this year to three bullets fired, three dear in the freezer and mine to one bullet fired one dear in the freezer. We are done for the year, two buck and two doe are more than enough.

We will divide the meat between dad, my cousin Ed and myself and be done for the year. We do not need to harvest anymore dear. It's been the best year in a long long time for us, we are thankful for our harvest. Anyone who wants to know why I hunt, fish and garden food for myself and family only need to watch the documentary Food Inc.

Nice head shot. Actually I know nothing about deer hunting and have no idea if you actually go for head or neck shots. Now spear fishing. That's my thing. Got a nice 25 lb grouper and a couple of hogs the other week.
