He seemed fine, though I ended up noticing Garner more, for obvious reasons. I don't know about you but I think it would make more sense to have Jerry at RT. As fat as he is he has better feet than Garner and his lack of awareness on inside stunts and blitzes be mitigated. Don't know if they'll make that switch right away, but that's what I'd do. Then you decide whether to move Garner (who's smart but a statue) inside or go with Samuda (who's undersized but a better mover).
i totally agree with this...jerrys got right tackle feet all day long...i would move jerry to right tackle...if not now this offseason and get a real zbs left guard...samuda might need a little more seasoning before he gets real run

i bet fasano protects garner a lot though the rest of the way if they stick with what they have...
hoops scoops...prospects mia should target top 4 rounds 2013 draft...

Yikes. So now we need a LT, a LG, a #1 receiver, a shutdown corner, a seam threat TE, a pass rusher opposite Wake and depth at linebacker. At least, we have the quarterback to build around and, I believe, the right head coach. It's going to take two terrific offseasons to turn this thing around. But....hey we lost by 7 points to the best team in the conference and a Patriot team that has recently just been blowing teams out. What's the draft strategy now?
You forgot we have only 1 qb signed for next season

I didnt see anything on daniel thomas, which in my.opinion is spot on analysis. Guy was a turd today. I cant get on the dt bandwagon around here that thinks he can be the #1 rb next year...

Well, Incognito being shown the door shouldn't even be a matter for debate. He's an overgrown troll and plays like one. I don't know whether they'll move Jerry to RT right away as he appears to be a low grade moron and this staff puts a huge emphasis on knowing what you're doing. But that's definitely the better move from a skill set standpoint. Like I said, then the question becomes about who starts at RG. I don't think Samuda would be as raw as you're saying, especially when the alternative is starting Garner. But at least if you move Jerry outside you have options inside. Yeatman's on the roster but he's not as good an option at RT as Samuda or Garner is inside.

Either way I agree about Fasano. He's going to be left in to block a lot more now, much like he was last year. And not just him, but Daniel Thomas is probably going to have an even bigger role in the offense because he's a better pass blocker (though he got fooled by Mayo on that crucial red zone play). I wouldn't be surprised if Lamar Miller doesn't take another snap all year, barring an injury to Bush or Thomas.

I noticed the 'phantom back side pressure' thing too. Good call.

Good write up hoops, would've been a different game if Tannehill could've had some good throws to Hartline..

I thought Martin filled in okay for Long, except for that one sack where he let Spikes (I believe) come in untouched. Indecisive running at times by Reggie as well

Im pretty sure martin was locked up with the end when mayo blew by dt for there sack on tannehill. Looked like a delayed blitz though.

he looked fine...i think with an offseason to get stronger in the upper body which is where he's lacking he'll make a solid zbs left tackle...i don't think though that he has elite nfl left tackle feet though...but neither does jake long

miami needs to protect nate garner though...i expect a lot of front side rush pressure the rest of the season...

jake longs been scared to death by outside speed rush so much this season he's been cheating the snap to get his initial kick step on the outside and giving guys shorter distance to the qb lanes on the inside...
Next year begins the Will Yeatman project. Lol.
