    I ****ing hate the Knicks.

    Goodnight.
Right there with you. I watched most of the game tonight, and it confirms that the Heat couldn't give two ****s about the regular season.

Regular season basketball is the WOAT sport. Right up there with soccer. Id rather watch cricket. Playoff basketball is pretty good though. I usually tune in after the first round.

Is that a popular sport in the Bahamas? Because so far as I know I've never met anyone who actually knows the rules.

I can't stand soccer either. But I love the World Cup. As exciting as playoff football.

Not really these days. It used to be more popular back in the day though. I personally dont know how to play and the few times Ive seen it on TV I have no idea whats happening, but my grandpa used to know the rules. These days the Bahamas sports are track and to a lesser degree baseball and basketball. Theres a large American Football following but for whatever reason nobody plays it.

If you can understand baseball then I'm sure you'll be able to understand cricket.

Doesn't change the fact that cricket is the most boring sport of all time though.

Any sport or game that can't be explained in like five minutes isn't long for this world. Backgammon goes back like 5,000 years but I spent a good hour trying to learn the basic rules the other day and had to give up. I couldn't make a bit of sense out of it.

I dunno. People have been running and playing checkers for a long time.

But those are simple. Cricket and Backgammon are so hard to learn they're destined to die off was more what I was getting at. Chess, by contrast, is difficult to be good at but the rules for how the pieces move is pretty simple.
