I don't think you can do that. That's actual blue cheese crumbles...not a dressing. The crumbles thicken it up. It's still not very thick in the end so with about half an hour left, I'll add just enough cornstarch to thicken it up.
I really hate blue cheese, though. Besides, the cream cheese should be what thickens it up.
