Les showed up at Rueben's house with his assistant coach. My friend was there as well. Les sits down and asks Rueben and the family how they felt about him coming back next season. The discussed some things and then Les pulled out a piece of paper with some names on it. He handed it to Rueben and his Dad and said, "Here's a list of 10 receivers entering the NFL Draft who are better than you right now." He basically told him that he wasn't good enough for the NFL and needed to return to LSU. Rueben's Dad told Les that they had heard enough and asked him to leave. Reuben went to the NFL.
