It is clear to me Philbin has LOST this team

He clearly has LOST the support of this team, and it probably happened earlier in the season, maybe a few games ago, hard to tell, but if it didn't happen then, it surely has happened as of today.

The players will not play for him, will not support him, and he has no idea how to control the players nor get in their face and ridicule them when they need it. He does not get fired up or show emotion. He is not ready to be an NFL coach. He is made to be a co-ordinator.

Bad hire IMO, it won't get any better. At this point Ireland and Philbin have to go if this team is going to be serious about winning.
