I'm sorry but I agree with Dansby. This is a 7 point game with 8 minutes left and our two starting DE's are on the bench and one of them is an elite pass rusher and imporved run defender in cam wake. And for who shelby? he's a scrub. This the wrong decision by the staff I'm sorry and Philbin saying we were saving their energy is bs. I could see if it was the 1st quarter but come on man this game was huge we needed it and those guys are on the bench I just dont get it man.

I don't like Dansby and his overrated ass, and I especially don't like his contract (dude is not Ray Lewis), but he's right on this subject. Huge mistake not having Odrick and Wake in the game there.

There's something else going on here. I'm not entirely sure I disagree with it, though.

Fact of the matter is Kevin Coyle is right. On the 8 plays at the end of the game the Patriots were running the ball I think 6 or 7 times with maybe a quick pass thrown in there. Wake wouldn't have been a factor. The miscues were not on Olivier Vernon or Derrick Shelby and Cam Wake wouldn't have factored into those 8 plays even if he was in there.

Jared Odrick is not a guy that has been playing to a level where anyone can just boldly declare that he needs "to be in the game. Period." That's straight up bull ****. Just like it was bull **** how pissed off Karlos Dansby was when Chad OchoCinco got cut. I support his right to speak out but I don't support his having stupid opinions.

He mentioned that they have rotations and want to keep guys fresh all game long...

So he stuck with the "Fresher" guys although they are definately have less talent than these two...

We lost the damn game cause our offense has too many holes.
