I say no way on Teo! I dont think he has the speed or stregth to be that high of a pick!
This a joke right? He will probably be a top 10 pick.

He absolutely will be a top ten pick and could be trade bait but there is absolutely no way I want a LB taken in the first round.

It's been said you have to build a team first and foremost to beat the teams in your division
then worry about the other teams as you advance

To do this you need an amazing pass rush which would keep Brady on his back
so my choice would be "the best/most dominant pass rusher"
who with Wake would immediately make our secondary that much better as well as the defense.
And this is why Dave Wannstedt drafted Jamal Fletcher. Not a fan of this strategy.

At first glance I go DE; however, until FA is settled. The answer is; play the board and go with the highest rated player at a position of need.

Why not? We lack depth at that position and he could ultimately replace Dansby for much cheaper if he pans out. Are there greater needs? Yes. Does he have the potential to be a play maker on defense? Yes. Would you currently consider Dansby/Burnett to be those? I wouldn't.

At 13 it ain't gonna last all that long so i'd suggest the missionary position...relatedly perhaps it should bee a WR

He's not even the best defender on his own team and I would take many more Linebackers than him at better value, his leadership skills have hyped him up incredibly. I also wouldn't be worrying about depth in positions when we need to replace STARTERS on other positions. Filling holes > depth

First pick.....CB or DL, either a massive DT or a screaming fast DE....although a big part of me would love to have Teo running our D
You do understand at the present DT is probably our best filled position on the team, right?? We have two probowl caliber players there and one of the top tandems in the entire league. I think it is a sure bet DT will NOT be our 13th pick.

I'll start out by saying I'm a big ND fan and a homer.

Manti Teo looks to be the next Patrick Willis, his coverage skills are out of this world, he never misses a tackle, his leadership and intangibles are off the charts. Anyone who says otherwise is either a ND hater or hasn't watched them play. He would easily be the best LB to play for the Dolphins since Zach Thomas.

Manti Te'o Dude. We have no playmaking LB. This Dudes a Stud. Makes Plays unlike anyone we have on D right now minus Reshad Jones. Get a WR in the 2nd Round.
