Leave the logo alone.
Just add a little navy blue to the color scheme.

I actually like this logo. It brings Miami into the 21st century couple that with a uniform change maybe something like Oregon has right now and your talking pretty bad ass in my book.

Of all the new logos that have been thrown up on this board, that is easily the best. I don't know what else is out there, but this is the best of the "new" logos so far.
This is going to sound like blasphemy but I would not mind if the dolphin was facing forward as toward the endzone if you will.
No biggie though.
To me, the fins remind me of alligator arms as in they look way to small or are just lacking definition.
