Absolutely Turner vs. Carolina. Atlanta is going to be in the redzone quite a bit against Carolina. Turner has had a down year but he's still their best option when inside the five yard line.
Bush as a fantasy option has just not worked over the past...half a season. Doesn't get the ball into the endzone and doesn't get enough carries to be a legitimate threat for you at your running back spot. The production for Reggie just isn't there. He's also going against the 49ers defense.
Turner over Bush for sure.
