This is beyond Ireland. We dont even have an NFL caliber coaching staff. The mistakes made with the play calls you can not chalk up to rookie mistakes. All these coaches have been in the NFL for several years. Maybe their inefficiencies were masked by good players in the past. Not sure.

We don't have the right GM, horrendous coaching staff and lacking playmakers everywhere. This is not going to be fixed with one or two offseasons. You are looking at a Bills-like playoff drought (over a decade now).
