    Our General Manager

Jeff Ireland fields a competitive team but not a winning team. 4 consecutive losing seasons is unacceptable.

He needs to go at the end of the season.

    any1 who disagrees?

His free agency signings this year are pitiful. The worst I've seen in my years following this team.

The tendency is to examine the team's current holes and say yes but if we just pick up players at this position and this position, we are actually competing and possibly winning this game.

But that's why you have to look at the history. It's the holes you DON'T anticipate that kill you, and this front office continually fails to anticipate roster problems. And that's if they're not flat out creating them, consciously (see WR and CB).

Year 1 we needed a fs, cb, lbs, oline, wr, qb, and te.

year 6 needs fs, cb, lbs, oline, wr, and te.

Does anyone have any info on Agnew? Will he play at all this year? Clay and Fasano are average at best. Fasano lost us at least 2 games over the last 32 games between his drops and fumbles.

I honestly don't care who's the GM next season...whoever it is needs to grow some balls and bring in some offensive and defensive playmakers next season. If Ross doesn't want to lose anymore money from the fans, he'll realize this and demand Ireland (or whoever is our GM) finally put an exciting / winning team on the field next year. Dolphins fans are already growing impatient or indifferent, it's about damn time to give us a team all can be proud of.

Be afraid, Brady. Be very afraid!

I just try to be myself, whatever that is. I don't think about how I'll be remembered. I just want to be consistent over a long period of time. That's what the great players do.

I'm sure he will be back but I don't see how anyone could say he SHOULD be back. Another losing season and obvious holes on the team that he created and never addressed for this season. He should be gone.
