Agreed I see a couple GLARING issues that need to be fixed this offseason.

Coaching Staff (Position Coaches can stay we have some of the best in OL, CBs, stuff like that) However HC, DC need to be replaced.

QB - I may be in the minority but Fitz can stay as a BU only, get your QB in this draft (offseason if you want to make the run at Flacco if he hits the market).

WRs - still need an outside WR. I would love to see Stevie Johnson in the slot, he would be a nightmare to cover (more than he already is).

OL - Even if we resign Levitre (I think we will) gonna need a C (Depth Wood is great but gets nicked), RT (Have a couple young guys there not really sure if we need one yet or not).

DL - Resign Kyle Moore (has come on this season). Bring in some young depth (Not Merriman or Kelsay).

LBers - I actually like 1 of them and that is Bradham, the rest (Sheppard and Barnett) should be depth at best.

CBs- Gonna need one, maybe two depending on what you do with McKelvin.

S - Love Byrd as FS (think he gets franchised over signed this year safety tag number is cheap). I would love to draft another playmaking SS next to him

So the still have a ways to go, but I like when they resign their young talent. Last year started that with Stevie and this year continues so far, something new for us Bills fans we normally let our young talent walk.
