Bills promoted WR Chris Hogan and LB Greg Lloyd from their practice squad.

Undrafted out of Monmouth, Hogan is the former lacrosse player who earned the nickname "7-11" on HBO's Hard Knocks because he was always open. With Donald Jones and Marcus Easley out for Week 16, Hogan will add depth behind Stevie Johnson and T.J. Graham.
