unearthed this story about Porter being arrested for writing bad checks. According to TMZ, when the casino tried to cash the checks, Porter’s bank refused the transaction and claimed he had put a "stop payment" on them.
The Hard Rock reportedly went to the police, and Porter was then charged with felony counts of check-bouncing with intent to defraud and theft.
