Getting rid of Ireland.....lol.......for sure getting playmakers on offence and a pass rushing DE on defence. For us to be talking about the playoffs in November instead ot the draft for a change.

Get rid of Ireland and get a GM who knows what a playmaker is.

He should know what a playmaker is, he interviewed one and asked if his mom was a prostitute, you know the receiver that leads the nfl in receiving tds.

and if we had dez bryant and a record barely over .500 people would be pissed we passed on other guys for dez bryant... but it is what it is. My thread has become a anti ireland rant... who would have ever guessed that???

we have a record below .500 and Im not pissed we drafted Martin or Long but lets not be silly Dez Bryant leads the NFL in touchdowns and has made much more impact on his team than JAred Odrick a solid player.
Every move Ireland has made has not been awful but Im tired of the excuses and passes he gets for the bad ones. He drafted Vontae with questions raised from his benching by Zook, so that was his bad choice if it was one. Now trading him for a late second round pick when we have no depth at corner is not a genius move. Brandon Marshall was one incident from getting suspended when we traded two picks for him and these were not late second round picks. Plus we tied up quite a bit of cash in Marshall making him among the highest paid players at his position. Then two years later after a pro bowl season we figure out he is the guy off the field we thought he was although he was on his best behavior for us. we then trade a guy that goes on to have an 11 td season 100 receptions and about 1400 yards for Michael Egnew and a late to mid third this year. When we did it I felt it was poor value but we have the draft and free agency to address it , no real big deal. Not good but lets see what our GM can do. And then we know what he does,
He doesnt address wr at all in the draft except a few late sleeper picks and he signs bottom of the barrel free agents. I dont feel like he had to make a blockbuster trade or spend a ton of money but a legitimate guy to improve our passing game. There were guys out there and free agency outside of resigning Solai at a solid number (not like the idiotic franchise number we had the year before) this free agency was pathetic

For the team? Find a player / answer to handling TE's like Gronk.

Personally? My resolution is the same as last year. No more buying gear until we have a winning season. My message to Ross.

    Thank you Don!

We're kidding ourselves as long as we remain in that stadium.

The unblemished record won't be 1972. In the long run it will be zero championships combined for the Dolphins and Canes in that building, no matter how it's configured. We can kid ourselves for 35 combined seasons or 100. Take your pick.

I have to admit that our stadium is NOT an advantage like the Orange bowl used to be.
