Best Helmet / Logo I have seen

I have a background in graphic design. Care to explain your statement in regard to use of color in this logo? Also, remember that the leaked version we saw was not the finalized version. A lot of little tweaks are added or removed during the course of logo design before it can be deemed complete. I'm sure there might be some more accents to give more shape to the design in the finalized version.

The color on the lower half of the dolphin is the same as the color on the sunburst. That eliminates contrast between two distinct objects and makes them difficult to distinguish when viewed from a distance or on a moving object. Also the dark orange eye inside the dark blue is virtually impossible to make out and unless you zoom in it just resembles a mess.

I won't even get into the actual design of the Dolphin, which looks like something the Carolina Panthers would trot out and then quietly replace in a few years.

Well it's certainly better than the leaked logo.

I have a feeling the Dolphins are going for a more retro classic look. As much as people like this logo, it doesn't fit that vision. It is too modern, arena league for that.

An update like the Lions (nothing radical but more 21st century) will be a nice change. The jest & bills can keep their *back to the future* approach.

Which logo are you talking about? I thought you were talking about the supposedly leaked logo.
