As a stand alone logo I vote no without a doubt But when you look at is as a helmet sticker only, it isn't that bad

I think it works. But for selling shirts and hats to us, I think it is a huge failure. It is too wide if that makes sense. This whole discussion about having a manly logo is stupid. It sounds like something Raiders fans would discuss.
What if they were to add an orange stripe coming off the eye to give it more movement and make it look more aggressive and pop a little, reminiscent of the Bills logo?

I don't like the extra line at all. Make that extra line white and see what it likes look. Or, make the bottom line orange and take a look.
