Well hate to tell u these guys were college draftees lol. Scouts are responsible for certain areas and someone is responsible for this area. Its the same concept as college football we send scouts to games and they watch tapes of different players, they are not in some bubble

That isnt my point, thats like saying Oakland is stupid for missing on Davone Bess, just cause he's from there. It is however embarrassing seeing a team like the Hurricanes lose out on prospects such as Patrick Peterson. In the NFL, it doesnt matter where ur from and they don't focus in on drafting predominantly South Florida players.

Davone Bess played in hawaii so its not the same. Both these guys played at a college in miami so yes our scouts should have more info on them than other teams
