Brother Philbin is a lot better coach than Sparano from what I have seen so far. You can't make all the changes you need to in one offseason. If Coach Philbin and his staff get the right players I think we will get better sooner rather than later. I am a Product Distribution Manager and it has taken a year and a half to weed out and get the right personnel in place with 28 employees. How long do you think it takes a new NFL head coach with 53 players plus the practice squad to get it dialed in?
