    good place for him. He'll get more control over the team and he'll be given a huge leash. Wisenhunt is a decent coach but his eye for offensive talent (his specialty) hasn't been up to par since the Super Bowl run

    Good hire. I think the Eagles were stupid to fire Reid in the first place, although I suppose I do understand that they had to take the fan revolt into consideration.

    as somebody who lives in PA, it was time for a change for a couple years. Reid made some poor decisions on the coaching staff Jim Washburn refused to follow instructions from Juan Castillo and actually kept his DL unit completely away from the rest of the defense and caused a lot of problems. Plus, I don't think Andy's heart was in Philly anymore after his son died.

    Of course, Howie Rosman becoming GM hasn't helped.
