Resign Bush (5-6 mil), Fasano (4 mil), Clemons (2 mil) as starters. Resign Garner (1-2 mil) and Moore or other veteran QB (2-3 mil) for depth.
In free agency sign Vollmer (RT), Jennings (WR), and Grimes (CB) for around 27-29 mil total, replacing Long, Jennings, and Smith respectively. (not going to happen with our FO, but we are dreaming here)
I'd keep Long over Vollmer if the pricetag is comparable, but NOT re-signing Long leaves ALOT of $ to go after other FA. Might need another DT and would love to keep Starks if we could squeeze him in (I only spent 41-46 mil assuming we have to sign our draft class, and my numbers might be low)
Draft as follows:
1st: Mingo (DE- LSU)
2nd #1: DeAndre Hopkins (WR- Clemson)
2nd #2: Logan Ryan (CB- Rutgers)
3rd #1: Stedman Bailey (WR- WVU)
3rd #2: Alex Ogletree (LB- UGA)
4th: Travis Kelce (TE- Cincy)
5th: Darius Slay (CB- Miss State)
6th: Omoegui Uzzi (OG- GT)
7th: Omar Hunter (DT- Florida)
7th: Kemal Ishmael (FS- UCF)
I prefer werner over Mingo. Werner is a more complete player to me.
1. Tyler Eifert TE
2. Alex Okafor DE
2. Stedman Bailey WR
3. Brennan Williams OT
3. Leon McFadden CB
4. Marcus Lattimore RB
5. AJ Klein LB
6. Cody Davis S
7. Travis Bond OG
7. Joe Vellano DT
Resign-Bush, Hartline, Smith, Starks, Fasano
FA-Greg Jennings, Jared Cook, Derek Cox
1st- Damontre Moore DE/OLB
2nd- DeAndre Hopkins WR
2nd- Phillip Thomas FS
3rd- David Amerson CB
3rd- Hugh Thornton OG
4th- Rick Wagner OT
5th- Tyrann Mathieu CB
My dream draft is to stockpile as many future picks as possible so we can trade up for Amari Cooper.
Ogletree will go bottom first or top of the second, according to most. Hes good value in the second. in the third, hes unmissable!! Uzzi will go much higher also.
