So are we letting Dansby walk? And you wanna spend a 2nd on a position where our 2nd best defensive player plays. Waiting until the 3rd to address our terrible offense and no WRs? Id be disappointed.
Why would Dansby walk? T'eo would simply be our MLB, while Dansby moves into his natural position of OLB which he played in Arizona, Misi would then find a nice seat on the bench. And as far as I'm concerned Clemons is probably one of our bigget weakness on Defense, Elam is definitely an upgrade over him. As for receivers I'm getting the impression that we'll sign one via free agency so no need to draft one.

I like Wreh-Wilson too. Moves well but can get physical, which we'd need in man coverage. But most mocks at this stage have him as a mid rounder?
Let's hope so! Be nice to snag him late 2 or in 3rd.

As far as safeties go, I'm liking Duke Williams of Nevada, though he needs a bit of coaching. Currently a SS but could play FS imo and has a good turnover track record. Vaccaro also a nice player, but maybe not nice enough for where he'll get drafted.

Jefferson and DJ Swearinger also look solid. Reid is an impact player but definitely inconsistent.

Not sold on Williams or Rambo of Georgia, Elam or Thomas.

I don't care what anyone says, Honeybadger is a stud. His skills are f**king unreal
What skills would those be? He's listed at 5-9 but i'm willing to bet he's even shorter. His weight is in the 175lb range. Watching him play i'd bet his 40 is in the 4.5's. So you have an undersized corner with just average speed. His coverage skills have always been suspect. Wr's get way to much seperation on him, taller receivers easily shield him off and out leap him. He can't play the boundary. He's too small to move to safety and too tight hipped to play corner every down. His best bet is to be used by a team as a 3rd safety where his "skills"(his vision and instincts ) can be utilized

He does have very good return "skills". I'll give you that too.

So again, he's overrated, limited, has a serious drug problem making him being picked in the first 2 days a major reach

New England is probably going to screw us by choosing Elam, watch.

LSU's Eric reid - Safety (Junior) just declared. He's rated as the 42nd best player. Perfect for Second Round. I also love Logan Ryan in the Second as well - kid is a baller.

    I see us going (hoping):

    1) DE/LB or CB
    2A) WR or CB
    2B) WR/CB or Safety
    3A) WR or LB
    3)B) WR / TE / or LB

As long as Honey Badger doesn't run off to Australia with Ricky Williams, we should be fine. I like the mindset Philbin has installed in our team.

If Te'o is there at 12 you have to take him.
