GM Ireland was at pinstripe bowl, scouting austin/bailey?

It doesn’t mean that much, since GMs look at every name brand prospect at one time or another, but a report surfaced that Jeff Ireland attended West Virginia’s bowl game against Syracuse. Reggie Bush is not expected to return to Miami, and although Austin takes some snaps at running back, he is best used in the open field from a variety of spots. We consider him a mini version of Randall Cobb or Percy Harvin, the only question is if he runs as strong.

Would like to see Reggie return but I'm here to tell ya that T.Austin is a playmaker. He is electric everytime he touches it. S.Bailey is going to be a quility reciever in the NFL as well. He has great hands and a very good route runner. I'm a WV boy at heart but these boys can get it done.

    I'd much rather have Bailey.

The original source of the report was Daniel Jeremiah. I posted it here within minutes of his saying it, lol.

Yes, Jeff Ireland was in the press box for that game. PROBABLY looking at Stedman Bailey and Tavon Austin.

If I am that turd I trade back to the 16-20 spot, don't take a chance ong ogin down more and just draft Bailey and get a 3rd round pick possibly a 4th.

I also wouldn't mind staying at 12, than moving up to get bailey or austin. Austin is like a Harvin to me but way more explosive in terms of short quickness at this time.

I'm starting to get that special kinda tingle. Can it really happen CK? Are we really going to pull the trigger on Mr.Bailey?

I'm with we have a tendency of messing around when it comes to drafting serious talent! Trying to play cute.....These receiver are going to fly off the board!
