Ya know what's really funny? The Obama defenders, including Obama, were always very quick to remind us we didn't get into this mess overnight. It was 8 years of bad GOP policies that got us here (and in truth, it was to a great extent). What will be their excuse at the end of Obamas second term when he's on the hook for the 8 years of spending and taxing that leads to nowhere? Except deeper down the ditch they cried about?

Thank god we averted the Fiscal Cliff and finally got serious about tackling the nation's deficit. Also, I am glad we didn't elect the guy who was looking out for the fat cats
