lol, just goes to show how much people on this board really know about GMs....They want to hate Jeff Ireland even though he has a good track record for the most part, then bring up people like Pioli? lol
All of his 1st round picks have been busts, and his team has been horrendous...not to mention he decided to give Cassell a HUGE contract, and thought it'd be a good idea to keep Romeo Crennel after last year's 2-2 interm job
Pioli is just another example of a guy who benefited from working with Belichek and has shown to be incompetant when on their own. Those are my thoughts.

Another dead branch on the Parcells Influenced Tree. The BeanCounter, Romeo and now son in law departed, the meatball likely gone and the Toe Sucker and Ireland on the ropes desparately treading water for survival. To be fair, dues-payers with several clubs post Tuna Coughlin and Belicheat are thriving, but on a more immediate relationship basis, who's also doing well besides from Sean Payton?
