I would say Chris Clemons has become fairly average and he's coming off a solid year. With an improved pass rush, you could do a lot worse. I'd re-sign him if it's cheap unless I land a top free agent like Byrd.

I dont think the Bills are that stupid, but who knows maybe the Bills new coach comes with a new system that Byrd doesn't fit into.

I wouldnt put him in the same breath as Polamalu or Reed bro, and you never know what if the Bills get a guy that wants to assert himself and not pay him the money sort of like Parcells when he traded JT. Not likely but it's always possible

Byrd is better than Polamalu at this point, although they aren't very similar players. And trading JT was pretty different considering he was nearing the end of his road.

You guys take me to my word too much, I'm not saying it will happen. I highly doubt Byrd will leave the Bills, but I'm saying that our only hope is a situation like that, another example is Josh McDaniels trading Brandon, and Jay. And no youre crazy if you think Byrd is better than Polamalu, have you seen what happens to Pittsburgh's D, when Troy is out?
