I believe he is the one thing that has made the Ravens D good for so long. They have changed other players, changed head coaches, defensive co-ordinators and other defensive coaches and that D has been good all these years. Late last year and this year they have regressed. Coincidence that Ray has gotten hurt, older and regressed at the same time the D fell off? hmmm..... I believe he is like having Peyton Manning on the field for your offense, your co-ordinater is really not as important, and always looks good.

If he's retiring to spend his time exclusively with his family and to be there for his son, why the hell would he come work for the Dolphins? He might as well keep playing if he was going to do that. Seriously, folk.

Not that he would want to or be available, I would take a chance on him.

I've read I think via Omar Kelly that Zach Thomas would rather get into the scouting dept. and work his way up from there....more of an interest in finding the right players than developing them I guess?
Ray Lewis wants to watch his kid play at the "U", don't seem him getting into coaching. How many kids with how many different mothers? The ages of his kids really aren't that spread out either? I think he will work on being a better father
