It wasn't that she blamed Ireland it was the way Ireland ran around with Ross looking for a new HC behind his back. Sparano and Ireland did have a good relationship prior to that.

As many mistakes as the Jets' management has made in the past couple of years, at least they didn't repeat Ross' tremendous blunder and keep this joker around once his incompetence was revealed for all to see. Of course, hiring him in the first place . . . .
