I honestly don't see where Tony Sparano goes from here. Seriously.

I feel bad for the guy, but he put up some pretty terrible numbers in his past two seasons as OC/HC. He certainly doesn't deserve a HC or coordinator position in the NFL. Perhaps he goes back to being a line coach or goes back to College. Problem is, his OL's have been suspect as well.
Fact is, the debacle in NY wasn't entirely on him. It was an impossible situation. The offense wasn't that great to begin with, then injuries set in.

Having said that, he failed miserably. And i would like to think that people will notice that before hiring him for another gig.
Is 1994 Rex Ryan the real Kenny Powers???

When will we be hearing from Sparano's fan club here on Finheaven to tell us Sparano's getting a raw deal?

As many mistakes as the Jets' management has made in the past couple of years, at least they didn't repeat Ross' tremendous blunder and keep this joker around once his incompetence was revealed for all to see. Of course, hiring him in the first place . . . .

To be fair he never really had a chance. he had a chance in Miami and ultimately failed, he never had a chance here.

I'm not surprised at all....Sparano can't get out of his own way.

I want a new OC but I don't blame Tony for the mess of 2012.
I enjoy trash-talking with you, but the man was horrendous. The Jets are better off today than they were yesterday. I've never seen a coordinator completely sabotage himself the way Sparano did.

Considering that Rex is still there, that's like firing the auto detailer when the car's engine needs a valve job.

Good move by the Jets, Tony was out of his depth. But ultimately, all I can say is, "It's all Schotty's fault!"

Schotty did a good job helping to develop a young Drew Brees, but it takes more than good coaching to develop a young Buttfumbler.
Me say come, Mister Fisher man, show me da contract
Daylight come and Jake Long go home

An' it's six mil, seven mil, eight mil bunch
Daylight come and Jake Long go home

Since he's an expert OL coach maybe he'll be hired in college somewhere to make the greatest OL ever.

As bad as Tony was for the Jets, had that organization not hyped up all this secret stuff they had planned with Tebow I don't think he'd have been fired.

Tony will probably end up in New Orleans since Sean Peyton is one of his best friends. He needs to get back to basics if he wants to ever be looked at as an OC again (he ain't getting another HC shot). Say what you will about our OL under Tony, but he was a decent OL coach for quite a few years. Get back to that, maybe actually attempt to learn a modern offense, and go from there.
