    niners offensive coordinator

    So my buddy who is a big niners fan is trying to tell me we are after niners offensive coordinator? I havent heard any of this nonsense... anybody here anything of this???

    He coached with Harbaugh at Stanford. I don't see him going anywhere unless it's a step up.

    He says kaepernicks coach.from nevada is going to coach san frans offense..... not sure where hes.getting this info

    The rumor is that Mularkey will be out in Jacksonville and the new GM wants the 49ers OC to be the head coach.

    They were college roommates.

    Still though, this is the first offensive coordinator job in Roman's career. He was a running game coordinator for 1 year at Stanford and an assistant head coach for 1 year....otherwise, all other experience was as a position coach. And he's been turned down for other head coaching jobs in college, so the Jags new GM would be really putting himself out there with this move.
